We do not have a set price list. Everything works on a sliding scale depending on how much you want included in each level of planning. Kitty is available for all levels of service. Her staff is available to help if you want more than one person on site for day-of coordination, set up and breakdown service, and bartending. 

SERVICES

Wedding Day Coordination: Starting at $75 per Hour

• 2 in-person meetings prior to event
• Wedding rehearsal
• Unlimited phone and email communication
• Distribute favors, programs, etc.
• Set out place cards/seating chart, and any decor not set up by vendors
• Coordinate with vendors and make final payments
• Organize processional
• Coordinate reception timeline
• Walk through of reception location prior to event

Month-of Coordination: Starting at $1,000

• All Services Above, Plus
• Walk through of ceremony location prior to event
• Help finalize seating plan
• Contact all vendors to confirm arrival times and reception timeline
• Ongoing support as needed
• Book rehearsal dinner location
• Custom emergency bridal kit

Full-Service Coordinator: Starting at $2,500 per Event  

• All Services Above, Plus
• Create budget
• Work with you to design color and theme of wedding
• Create custom invitations, save the date cards, and thank-you notes
• Create favors
• Recommend vendors
• Accompanying you on appointments 
• Negotiate contracts 
• Help manage guest list
• Coordinate guest transportation and accommodations

Full Event Production: Call for Proposal

• Everything from engagement party to honeymoon
• Design the look of the events
• Meet with all vendors on your behalf                                       
• Be point person for all planning 

Hourly Consulting: $60 per Hour

Kitty is also available for hourly consulting if you are looking for someone to recommend vendors, bounce creative ideas off of, or help with an issue or problem.

OTHER SERVICES

Set Up and Breakdown Service: Starting at $85 per Hour

• All reception set up and break down as well as all rental return

Bartending: $25 per Hour per Bartender

Beer Tap Equipment:

• Single Jockey Box: $50 a day plus $200 refundable deposit
• Double Jockey Box: $65 a day plus $250 refundable deposit

Full Size Photo Wall: $60 per Day

Vintage Beverage Stand: $50 per Day 

Set of Elegant Candy Containers:

• Up to Five Containers $35 per day
• Up to Ten Containers $55 per day
• Plus $100 Refundable Deposit

Vintage Style Guestbook Table: $50 per Day
